I have really enjoyed Assignment one! It has been a great little (or long in my case!) assignment to dig my teeth into and to get used to the life of studying again! It has been fun to have a relatively wide open brief to work with and allow myself to be really creative!

I started this course and assignment a nervous (yet excited!) wreck! My anxiety , nerves and self doubt definitely got the better of me for the majority of this assignment! However! – I now feel VERY confident in moving forward to my next assignment and carrying forward what I have learned so far from this assignment!

I am proud of what I have achieved in this assignment as it is the first study piece I have achieved in 12 years and I know how many barriers I had to break down to convince myself that I have this! I can do it! The final outcomes are far from perfect but I think that the thought process behind them all was well thought through and I believe that I have done the best possible job that I could have done.

I feel that in future I need to be more disciplined to work to a tighter deadline, try to procrastinate less and not worry too much about “perfection”. I need to also work on my typography and making sure that the messages I am conveying are legible and easy on the eye.
