I was apprehensive about using a learning log sketchbook to start off with… my main question was “What is going to be the difference between my main sketchbook and this?!” I have been so used to just creating one main sketchbook of work.. However, I would now be LOST without carrying this around in my bag daily. It is a reference to everything for me.. It is now a tatty A4 sketchbook full of random notes to myself, scribblings, doodles, random findings and notes for all the tutorials I have ever watched. I now TOTALLY get it! It is a visual diary and I can see progress in myself and my work through this!
